Herman Lucerne Memorial and Hell’s Bay Boatworks Hurricane Relief Fund’s mission is to provide financial assistance to the fishing community who are experiencing genuine and unavoidable financial difficulties from Hurricane Irma.

Guides and local outfitters are the backbone & life blood of the Florida Keys & South Florida. They create memories and an emotionally bonding experience.    These guides & business owners are a determined and hardworking group that are not looking for a hand out but just a little support from those of us fortunate enough to be less impacted by Hurricane Irma.  

Our focus is keeping these fishing guides and local businesses afloat so that they can survive in the short term.
